Angel Hair with Marinated Tempeh, Kale, Herbs and Hemp Seeds

Marinated tempeh works so incredibly well in pasta, and it got me thinking what an exception meat ball replacement chunks of it are. Bringing the same kind of bite to a pasta dish, with tons of flavour from the marinade, without all the negatives of actual meat balls. The rich sauce and herbs were so flavourful and I loved the buttery crunch on top from hemp seeds and pine nuts. Next time you are making classic pasta dish try tempeh instead. P.S Tallyho biodynamic Marinated Tempeh is the best if you can find it.
