Tomato Sauce⁣⁣ (1.5 large jars of store bought pasta sauce works really well too)
•2 tin crushed tomatoes⁣⁣⁣
•2 tbl spoon balsamic vinegar⁣⁣⁣
•2 tsp sugar ⁣⁣⁣
•2 tsp salt ⁣⁣⁣
•1 tsp herbs ⁣
•1 tsp garlic powder ⁣⁣

Method

Simmer all sauce ingredients for 15 minutes on low to reduce it slightly, but mostly just to infuse the flavours and release the herbs and garlic.

Once you have prepped and made your pasta sheets, spinach filling, tomato sauce and cheese sauce, its time to assemble.


Layer your pasta, tomato sauce, filling and cheese sauce until your dish is full. Top with tomato and cheese sauce and some herbs or seeds on top.⁣ (See Below)

Bake for 30 minutes with foil on top, and another 15 without.⁣
